Ain't it just typical... I've stacked up various vouchers and intended to buy up a few bits and pieces I've had my eye on while at sale prices... And now the Daz3d site is totally like, not there. Bummer. H:(

Aaaaaack! I just got my survey voucher today and now I can't use it :( I hope they reconsider and extend it one more day.

I just got my voucher today also, but I'm pretty sure they are aware of the frustration on our end and will do whatever it takes to make it right...they seem to go out of their way to be fair. :-)

maybe they took the site down cause of all the problems over the weekend, best not to flood them with emails asking or they'll never have the time to fix it. Rob

Knowing DAZ, I am relatively certain that they will extend the sale. They have always been more than generous and courteous towards their customer base and probably know that a lot of us were waiting to get in a last minute spree. I'm crossing my fingers. :) Kimberly

Just went there to DL the gorilla (for the umpteenth time!!$#*@!) but the site's still under the weather. I get a splash screen--unlike yesterday--and I can reach the gorilla freebie page, but can't download him. Oh well...

It's OK now, just bought a few items and everything downloaded fine.

Yeah, I just got my voucher this morning, and it's already been spent. The store seems to be working fine. But I can't get to the free section at all. So I still don't have the gorilla. But I'm counting on DAZ to do their usual customer-firendly things, so that we can all get it. - JimX

Everyone, We apologize for the down time earlier this morning. Our server experienced a crash due to a problem at Verio, who hosts our server. Everything should be fixed now and you shouldn't experience any major problems. Unfortunately, our merchant software tends to hiccup quite a bit during heavy traffic, so if you don't receive your download links within five or ten minutes via email, email Reba at sales@daz3d.com and be sure to include your invoice number. She'll make sure you get your links right away. Thanks for your patience with this. Hey Everyone, Well after much discussion here at DAZ, we have decided to extend the 30% Store Sale for another week. It will now expire on July 1, 2002! With the extension, you should be able to get the $5 voucher from the DAZ survey and use it in conjunction with the sale.
