Really I would tend to think in would be in the eyes, and her expression. Nipples do get hard when aroused but the also to it because it's cold, they are scared or happy, or pregnant, and simply because they can. As far as genitals I suppose some good magnate work would give the correct look for getting a clear render would be difficult. Really I think it would have to be a combination of eyes and expression. Poses wouldn't really do since the body may be posed like "Come and get some" but if the expression and eyes don't smoulder, them it looks more fake. and overdone.

the eyes have to have that friendly, surpised look. Most likely , the nipples will be harder, but not usually rock hard like when you are cold or scared, just more firm. Coloring is important too. You need to add a warm flush, about 3 shades redder than your skin tone, between the breast, on the lower stomach, on her genitals, and often on her cheeks as well. You've given some good descriptions here. But let me come at this from another perspective: A man's erection doesn't always mean sexual arousal. Any man or woman who really knows a man knows this can happen sometimes for "no reason at all," and most likely even happens to men while sleeping. (Even if they're not having "one of those dreams.") So the issue of men's erections has been inaccurately portrayed as sexual arousal. But then we can't always tell if this is spontaneous, or if "they're happy to see someone." I assure you there are time when that happens to me, and there is absolutely nothing going on or around me that would cause that arousal. And I'm not even thinking of such things.
