Hello I am searching for a very "clear" font on the screen I am wanting to obtain a very polished look when the graphic is optimized and saved. Any suggestions? Any favorite fonts? Any tips greatly appreiciated Sas734

If you mean you want a font that doesn't look all that rasterized, then my suggestion is to create the type in a vector program like Illustrator first. Then open the file in Photoshop at 300dpi or greater. When you arrange and transform the type to the size you want on the backround you want, the type will look alot cleaner than if you created the type in Photoshop. Although, from what I hear, they have better vector options in PS 7.0. Good luck.

just to clarify, fonts in photoshop 6+ are already vector, as are some of the tools themselves. 5.5 and below, best to add your text in illustrator or something similar. Best to add it in illustrator no matter what in my opinion as it tends to handle text better, but, fonts in PS are actually resolution independant until rasterized. also, mess with the crisp, strong, smooth anti-alias options as well.
