I had this same problem a while ago, then I thought I read on the boards here that the Walk Designer doesn't work correctly with the Millennium Gang. It's only for the native P4 characters. Are you using Vickie or Mike? Keep in mind I could be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure that's what I read. Anyone have any insight into this?
I submitted this question to Curious Labs' tech support department. I got a very quick response: "Hello there, yes I know this issue fairly well. First off, the assumption that the walk designer will work on every figure, without the need for tweaking, is the norm. Unfortunately it is not true. The walk designer does 90+% of the work but its obviously not perfect. A lot of the knee wobble is usually caused because the y-trans of the hip is too low. Raising the hip across all frames will stretch the legs out removing most of the wobbling. Using the graph editor, select all necessary frames of the hip y-trans, ctrl + click and drag up till the legs straighten out enough." I can't wait to give this a try :)
Ok, yes this does work! The message was a little on the brief side, so here goes: 1. Use the walk designer to create the walk for your character normally. 2. Select the character's HIP 3. Open the graph editor 4. Select yTran from the drop down box 5. Scroll to the first key frame where the legs wobble 6. Drag the yTran up just a bit 7. Repeat 5 & 6 for the remaining key frames with leg wobble Thanks, Brian Wheatley

Hello :) I've read that the Walk Designer in P4 is such a wonderful tool. However, whenever I use it the knees "buckle in" at various points of the walk. This is true even if all of the dials are set to 0. Are there any tutorials around on using the walk designer? Or can someone offer a few tips? Thanks!! Brian
