You can also just paint over the textures that default on your characters. Just open them up in a paint program, RESAVE IT IMMEDIATELY WITH ANOTHER NAME BEFORE YOU START TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT, then go to town! That's all I do. You can overlay photographs of people's faces right over the template you're working with, recolor the skin, do anything. In fact, I think it's much easier to use the already painted textures because some of the work is already done for you. All you have to do is make changes to the parts you don't like. Melanie
That would more likely be a texture map. You can tweak the mesh with morphs for things like nose and eye shapes, etc., but ultimately, you'll need the texture map with a photo of your face on it. Just open the existing texture and doctor it up, but as I mentioned above, be sure to save it with a new name before you begin to mess with it. If you save the altered one over the original, you'll lose the original one. Melanie
