Through a long and painful learning process - not to mentions scores of questions asked throughout the forums, chat, & icq, I've finally completed Luci & have uploaded her to the freestuff section. Please let me know what you think. Thank you to everyone who helped me figure this out at long last *G* :)

You're the second person to ask me if this is a Steph character G However, it is not - it's a Vicky 2 character. :)
