Subject: Vue 2 3DSMax

Has anyone worked Vue with 3DS Max. I can't seem to transfer the terrains. Also my copy is very buggy. Is the original licenced version a solid deal? It would be great to use Vue's files in Max!!!!

I don't have Max, but in fact you can export terrains from Vue 4 in 3ds format (and others:-). If you have the free version of Vue 2, possibly this doesn't work. If I remember well, Vue 2 only could export in OBJ. Guitta

Yes I can export out of Vue in 3DS format but when importing into Max it hanges for a long time, and that is with a simple terrain, nothing complicated. It never opens in Max, I just Task/Close the program down.

Then it is the fault of Max:-). What version of Vue are you working with?
