I've been having the same problems. But no help or response to e-mails to support. I tried the vendor of one of the models, but from what I got back I do not believe that they understood my question, English may not be their first language? Anyway I would appreciate some help as well since I did spend quite abit of money in the last few days. I'd hate to have to give up on purchasing some of the fine products I have seen since I stumbled upon Renderosity's awsome site. Thanks W.B.WB, I've reset the DL's for your most recent order. Let me know fi you continue to have problems. The Vendor cant help you with Download problems...BTW. Clint

I tried sending an e-mail off to the support address and I'm posting it here as I haven't heard anything back. I purchased the Andygraph Items yesterday and was able to download 2 of them but the head part is no longer available to me and it gave me some message about disallowing me to get it because of too many attempts (all of which timed out). Could I get that reset today?
