I can't order the Poser 5 because I can't change my email without my password, which I have forgotten, and I can't get my password because you have my old email address. I would like to order Poser 5 BEFORE my husband changes his mind...he's old now ya know and I caught him off guard this morning...lol Please get back to me so we can fix this so I can put my order in. That's a MAJOR problem...I emailed last night, but have no response--yet--I realize you guys are probably buried with problems, so am not ragging on you.....my only gripe is it threw me out of the running for the special edition because I couldn't order sooner.... It kept saying my email address was already set up...but I didn't know my username, so couldn't do anything....I ended up getting smart much later when I set up an entire new email address and set up a new account. There is a request for password, but that does not include the username, so it was useless to me.

Dave, I am actually looking you up right now...I had a doctor's appt. this morning and got a little bit of a late start...you should get an email soon... there may be a prize left...you can still try... :) marque, al told me you could order, which is fabulous!

Same here but I went to my email and did a search for password and got it ordered. I just got off the phone with the tech person, very professional. We also found a few other little oddities, but I have my receipt and my new password is written in my Poser manual along with my S.N. Just had to order ground shipping because when I went to the next day option it changed it to Poser 4 full version...lol I think I can wait 3 days more, just so I know it will be here. Marque

Well, while we're on ordering problems, the dropdown list of states, provinces and territories is missing NU for Nunavut in Canada.

Oh, and just one other thing... UPS does not deliver where I live (Cambridge Bay, Nunavut). Allow me to be clear: they do not deliver here. Never. They can't. Never. Not once. Utterly impossible. Won't happen. If they say they can, they're lying because the local distributor they have which is closest to me doesn't fly here and the only way in or out of the community is by air. The only way anything sent by UPS can reach here is if someone at the distributor puts it in the mail. Again, allow me be to be clear: send it by UPS and it will arrive here by mail anyway. Only, I've been forced to pay through the nose for a service which does me no good, which is rather annoying. If you sent one package by US Post express and another by UPS, the UPS one cost a fortune more and arrive later. Which is also why, by the way, the "No PO Box" statement is utterly useless in my case. But I digress.

I've been trying to pre order for the last 2 days.It just wont let put poser 5 upgrade from the pro pack in the cart. Is there a phone nuber I can use to direct order? Im getting frustrated with the CL store.

My husband ended the discussion with, "..but it's up to you". :) I ordered this morning before he could change his mind too. ;)

=) installed netscape & got my pre-order in. I dont know why it didnt work before. Maybe the bug didnt like the IE6 /WIN XP combo.

marque, sounds like ebay, only they don't have any customer support for the little guys.
