Hi cooler, yep the search did come up rather empty although I did find a tubular folding chair that I'll use. Thanks for the modelling offer, I do have a set of original wire chairs in my backyard and can send a couple of digital pics in the morning for you to look at and would appreciate a model if not too difficult or time consuming. I'm searching everywhere for a particular chair once known as an "ice cream chair". These were used a lot by sidewalk cafes etc and made from heavy wire or thin steel rod in a wrought iron style construction, usually with a heart shaped or oval back. Brass plated version with pink furry cushions in the 60's for ladies dressing table was also popular. Would appreciate if anyone knows a link. Thanks, Tommy.
