for cel style renders in poser, posette and vicky's eyes are problematic. Is there a morph for that removes eyelashes? also, there was a morph by mazak to get rid of the transparent layer around the vicky's eyeballs but its not available. can anyone tell me how to do this?

You'd have to contact Mazak about his morphs. They're posted on his website, but the download link doesn't seem to be working.

You can find "no-eyelash" morphs for Victoria and Stephanie in Free Stuff. FishNose and OpticalSingenoid collaborated to create real eyelash props for those characters (they look great in Cartoon mode), and morphs to hide the original lashes are part of the package.

As for Posette's lashes, I might be able to come up with something. Give me a few minutes to try.

Okay, here you go. Download the text file attached above, and load it as a morph target for Posette's head. Give the new morph a name like NoLashes or something, and set it to a value of 1. This was easier than I thought. The lashes aren't even attached to the rest of the head mesh, so after I picked out their vertices (the hardest part), I simply pulled them into the head.

the nolash morph works perfect, the only problem is those fishnose lashes show up as blocks instead of individual lashes in cartoon mode.

I'm glad the new morph worked out for you.

As for the RealLashes, the individual lash follicles are very fine and tightly packed.

In Cartoon w/Line display style, Poser will draw a black line around each lash follicle, so it still looks solid unless you are rendering at high resolution and/or zooming in very close.

I'd recommend that you change the lashes' default style to Cartoon, rather than Cartoon w/Lines. Then the lashes won't have outlines, and will have better definition.

To do this, select the lashes, then ...

Display menu --> Figure Style --> Cartoon

If you do so, you'll get results like above.

Note that by using this method, you can mix-and-match display styles for different figures in the same scene, or even individual elements. For instance, you could have a cartoon-shaded character wearing a texture-shaded shirt, with wireframe eyes and pants.
