Over the weekend I ordered Mike 1.0 CD and Millennium Man Michael (download) unbeknownst to me they were the same character. Well before I found out they were the same character, I "tried" to download Mil-Michael but got a strange file instead.(see earlier post on this) I emailed tech support about the odd file and their responce was to set up a special Millennium Man Michael download area for me complete with username and password. Also as a result of my email they found out the link to Mil-Michael downlaod wasn't correct and have rectified the link. I won't be needing the download Mil-Michael because ..... I called DAZ this morning to explain what happened (ordering both) and they said "NO PROBLEM". They will credit me for the price of the Mil-Michael download, that I did't get anyway and ship the CD. I really appreciate great cutomer support such as this. No I don't work for DAZ, this is my first time purchase from them and won't be the last. Thanks again DAZ. bob

This is no fluke ... DAZ has some of the best customer service/satisfaction on the planet! They truly are a great company to do business with, IMHO. -Tim

Bob im glad you got it all sorted out. Im having a few problems with them however, which will get sorted out eventually. I purchased the Mill Dragon 4 days ago. All three download attempts failed and I now have no more attempts left for DL. I have sent them a few email messages and have only had one response. They said they will reactivate my downloads, but this hasn't happened. They suggested burning it on to CD, but that would cost me around an extra 50 New Zealand Dollars. As I stated in my emails, I do appreciate the problems that do happen from time to time as will as there efforts. So hopefully soon I will get my dragon.

I second that, although I had concerns about the new site I've always been very happy with DAZ customer support & service. They're the best

I usually love Daz and have already bought several items... But I'm having a big problem with them too...I'm trying to buy the wonderful new dragon since...saturday! almost one week! I have sent them 2 email messages and haven't had any reply... I can access to my basket and my account but there's no "continue" button and the transaction stops here... That, with netscape...It's worse with Explorer, I can't access at all to the store...?? I think I could send a faxable order? I don't know what to do and I love that dragon : ( Chris
