I still haven't figured out how to make my poser move; because I want to make a little movie. I am new to using Poser Pro. I would really appreciate any advice.

Reading chapter 9 of the Poser 4 manual (pages 205-230) would be a good start. Pay particular attention to page 211 and the Scrubber controls in the Timeline at the bottom of the screen.

A quick start:

You start in frame 1 of XXX (default XXX = 030, but you can set the number by clicking on it and filling in the box). Pose as you want in frame 1, then move the scrubber to frame 10 (for example, but could be frame 2 or 30), and make changes to the pose. Move the Scrubber to the next frame you want to change and repeat. 30 frames = 1 second of video.

Make sure you set the keyframe each time you move your poser model. Its the the little PLUS sign in the animation window.

To save yourself much pain and anguish, click on the key icon on the animation pallette, the key frame editor opens, I'm assuming you've a figure loaded, now, right at the top just above where it says body on the left hand side, click there, you'll see that all the keyframes for that particular figure now have a white box around them, OK, up in the top right hand corner you'll see some icons, one of which is brown and has a zig zag on it (as opposed to a wavy line) click the zig zag icon and all the keyframes will now turn brown, believe me, this'll save you much heart-ache. What you've just done is to change the interpolation (the way Poser interprets movement and sort of second guesses what you want to do) Now if you make your pose in the first frame, move the timeline scrubber along a bit and make you second pose you'll find that you're an animator!!!
