Paid for ME Dragon, received invoice for the order but could not download the file. Site was first trying to download a receipe.php file???? then site went to web page that could not be opened. After three strikes your out to download. Any suggestions. I e-mailed DAZ with the problem. Thanks, Joe

Well, at least I'm not the only one having problems with DAZ's downloads!! Let's hope one of us gets a reply!

I sent them an email this morning. On one of my downloads, there was some text appended to the binary. Whacked it off with a hex editor and it was fine. I suspect, the cause of that problem produces different symptoms for different browsers. (IE generated a page full of binary goo, mozilla produced binary files that were slightly different from the original which wouldn't run) Last week, I had a similar problem, emailed sales@daz3d.com and the next day, I had an email with new links. You'll probably hear from them soon. Good Luck! eric

I've had trouble several times, but usually if I log into my account page and then go to the order from there by clicking on the invoice number, the download link will then work. It's worth a try anyway.

Patience they will get to you. I have no problems there. I know they are upgrading thier site and are adding new stuff. I am sure they will get to you soon. Ron

Same problems (Netscape 7). The DAZ "exe" filee don't execute. DAZ responded quickly to my emails by sending me links that worked.

I downloaded the ME Dragon on sunday night and had no problems at all... broadband connect. You might also try calling DAZ on their 800 number. I have received excellent support from them.

I had this very same problem. I e-mailed Daz, including my order number, describing what had happened and detailing my system. Within a short while, I received an e-mail from DAZ giving me a password to a temporary site where I could download the items I had ordered. I'm sure they'll fix whatever's gone awry in short order, but in the meantime, just contact them. In my experience, Daz have never been less than fantastic.
