Subject: Secret Hair generator in P4...

Does anyone know how I can get P4 to export hair generated from the secret hair generator as solid geometry that can be manipulated in other progs? select a group or prop type h-a-i-r Thanx cripeman

heyas; there's a utility called fur-fur that will turn your exported hair into faceted geometry... in a moment, i'll remember the name of the guy who made it... masa. now for my next trick, i'll see if i can come up with an url for masa's stuff... http://www.eurus.dti.ne.jp/~masasi/PROGRAM/indexE.html ta-da!

d'oh! well, you could use a text editor; i believe the 'trick' is to just replace the 'l's with 'f's. (that's a small letter L, for 'line.' if you make the 'lines' into 'faces' then most obj importers can see them.)
