Not a bad job, actually. Looks comparable to Victoria's fox-face morph, which I use for my wolf-woman characters.
Depending upon how realistic a wolf-head you're trying to achieve, you might consider lowering the crown. A wolf's skull has less of a dome shape.

Hi This is my second Michael morph. It is a stop off on the way to a werewolf morph. I wanted to get some opinions on this? I have never done any 3d modeling before and this is my 8th poser rendering so I am still new to all of this had poser for years but do to work had not touched it till about a week ago.So any suggestions would be helpful feel free to speak your mind.
The neck does not line up so I am aware of that one.
