Anyway, Posette, you'll do just fine if you work on your aliasing and watch out for those broken limbs in your dolls. I'd say you are well on your way to doing nice pictures. Another one to watch out for is the camera focus, don't use the default, and bring the dolls in a bit larger.

Great potential, Posette! Rough, but thoughtful. A warning though, sometimes the criticism here can be a little harsh. Take it for what it's worth, and let the rest roll off. You've got a good start, and I think you'll be getting a lot better and be an artist worth watching for. Love some of the ideas I'm getting looking at your work. To me, thats the best compliment I can give you: It makes me think, it makes me feel.

I would say that you owe her an apology for falsely accusing her of lying. I really don't see what everyone's problwem is with her. I got her interested in Poser art to get her off the street and out of trouble, then advised her to post some of her art here, then everyone starts attacking her because she posted a few "dirty" pics and st5arted making false accusations against her and a few emails telling her that she was unwelcome here because one of her pictures was offensive to transexuals. I also got at least 3 emails amd one IM telling me that I should not be letting someone her age do those kinds of pictures. Well, before I got her into tdoing art, she was out on the street, running with a gang. last year she got expelled from 4 schools. But since she started doing this, she hasn't been in any trouble.I'd say that anything that keeps her out of trouble should be encouraged, not condemned.

Martian.. I don't know.. I do know that should any one report that she is doing erotic art, you could be facing legal problems in your community far more than her running with a gang. I don't think letting a 16 year old do erotica is a good idea in any case. And I do think you need to stear her to other aspects of artwork. There is plenty for her to explore, including rock and roll, rap, and such. Not erotica.

I saw the post. I know what I saw. I remember it so distinctly because my instant reaction was "How did someone with this writing skill level get into college?" That skill level is quite erratic too, I might add. Sorry MM, I'm sticking by this one. If you can offer any proof whatsoever that this is actually your daughter and not you, I'll be the first to offer a humble public apology.

Are you really that stupid, or are you just putting on an act so people will feel sorry for you? First you insult my daughter then you call both of us liars. First of all, as the accuser the burden of proof is on you. The mods have access to all the posts, even the ones that were deleted. I have IM'ed one of them asking him to check all Posette's posts to see if there is any truth to your first accusation.

As a person who was pretty sure I read that she said she was going to Penn State, I did a search. Hiram is right (you already know this) that all posts with her name on them were deleted. I don't pretend to understand just how messages are deleted, but I suspect the text is maintained and it is just not shown. Here is why I beleive that: I did a search on "penn state" and, among other messages, it revealed the one listed above. Notice the text "penn state" doesn't appear in any of the text you can see. I suspect it was "found" in a deleted message in this post that was made by Posette. This doesn't make it conclusive. But it does add some believability that Posette posted that she went to penn state. That is, if deleted message text is still searchable.

Well, I do recall something in one of her messages about a dialup. Possibly along with Penn State. Now, I'm not sure. Had I read a comment like that, I could have taken it to mean she used their dialup, ergo she was enrolled, too. If so, my bad. My apology. However, I don't recall her ever saying that her dad went to penn state. Just your statement later on. So, as I said...I'm a bit confused now and due to that, I'll apologize.

I didn't see the picture you took down, but that doesn't matter. If your art has meaning for you or expresses a message that you are try to convey to others, then, I would say you're on your way, keep creating it. I may not get the message or may not like the format of it but that does not mean you don't have the right to express your self. But, (and there always is) that does not mean that others don't have the right to express their dislike for the message or the format.

and your point is...? You asked for proof that posette and i are not that same person. There it is. Do you intend to imply that you still believe in your conspiracy theory that Posette and I are the same person? Do you have any solid proof? Our writing styles are different, our artistic styles are different. The only "coincidences" are due to the fact that we live in the same house. Sometimes she uses my computer even, when someone else needs the phone line (she has a dialup -which shwen shares with one other computer [her brother's]- and I have a cable modem) and once i made a post while it was still logged on to her account so it looked like she said it but it was actually me, and you chose to seize that as the basis of your crackpot conspiracy theory, and frankly I 'm getting tired of this campaign of harrassment and defamation. If you want to continue your delusional rampage (which is really nothing more than a personal vendetta against my daughter for posting a picture that you found offensive) then leave my daughter and myself out of it. Any further communication on ther subject with either of us (except an apology) will be reported as a possible TOS violation

What's delusional is that you seem to think that showing us a picture of two people is proof of anything. What does it prove? Big deal, two people. Even assuming that the picture is you and your daughter - which I'm willing to concede it could be - that doesn't mean squat about who is sitting at the keyboard. I like the way you slipped in the bit about accidentally posting as her once; that was nearly slick - not. If that were true it would have been your FIRST response to the accusation, not an afterthought. My whole point was simply that someone who was logged in as Posette said that they were going to Penn State, period. You said you had a mod looking for the original post, where is it? Have them post it. I never said I found the image offensive, either. It was simply against the TOS. I'm willing to drop this because this is not why I come here and it's taking way too much of my time, but you have not changed my mind.
