Subject: Problem Ordering

Hi all! I'm having my usual problem ordering from the store. I sent an email to JenyK and payments@renderosity.com about 3PM this afternoon. It's been about 7 hours now - do you think anyone could help me with this today? Thanks in advance. Janet Otremba

order problems should be sent to store@renderosity.com rather then payments@renderosity.com, that might be a good reason why you haven't recieved a reply back yet ;) hope that helps you get a faster reply. Generally i see them telling merchants who have problems recieving there payments to contact the payments@renderosity one.

well the error message I receive always says to contact payments@renderosity.com - maybe they should change that then? it's 8:30AM the next day and I still have not received an email or any help with my order. Perhaps I should contact the merchants personally and see if I can cut out the middle man?

You should get a response before noon today. The office hasnt opened up yet. Its 7:30am where it is located. Clint

Thanks Clint - I know the store isn't open yet, but I wrote to you guys yesterday at 3PM. The server is having a problem with my address again. I tried the things that JenyK suggested and they didn't work. So everytime I've ordered for the past year I have to contact you guys. I'd prefer not to, I'm sure you guys have much better things to do then process my order - but I have no choice.
