Finally got my issues with bad geometry sorted out and am steadily making progress on this vicious little bastard. I'm fairly happy with the mapping (though my texture needs work), but I've stumbled a bit on the old "eyes rotating also screw up the head" thing. I can't recall where I saw a tutorial on fixing that.

Anyway, here are some pics. I'll probably be ready to beta in about a week.

I'm positive Bloodsong has information on the eye problem... One of my favorite old school monsters.

I have a tute on my site. This is the "DAZ" way of fixing the eyes to work right. http://www.nerd3d.com/Tutorial/Tutorials.htm [![ngsmall02.gif](http://www.nerd3d.com/Banners/ngsmall02.gif)](http://www.nerd3d.com)

Wow, I haven't seen a Bullette in a very long time...those things normally lie dormant, but when they wake up.... Nice work, scupper!

Bullette!!!! For a WIP, this is very nice. I like your texturing.

Think it looks great, would be very interested in seeing the finished work. Think it would look really cool in a leaping tiger type pose. My two cents worth for possible tweaks... Bigger teeth for that Great White look, or go a little bit longer and snagglier, forget which shark has those kind of teeth but a mouth full of those is pretty scary also. Maybe a set of teeth morphs? Make the claws a little thinner in cross section, when viewed from the top, and curve them back a little to get more of a predator's hooked type claws. Raptor claws versus Triceratops. One's for pushing dirt, the other for grabbing and ripping flesh. Might lengthen up the tail a smidge ( as a morph?) seems a little short to me. Or, try squaring and flattening it up a little kinda like a gator or croc for propulsion when swimming.

heyas; cool; did you figure out what caused the big mess when you turned it into a figure?? my eye method can be done all in poser, or you can just remark out (or delete) the eye affector channels in the head, which is more neat, all around.
