Attached Link: Buy my novel!

Hello, Well, after twenty-six unbelievable months, the winds of change are blowing. I've been wanting to transition from technical writing to more literary pursuits and finally got my chance. It is with nothing but fond memories and best wishes for the future that I announce my imminent departure from Curious Labs. I may stay on in a very part-time basis, but I plan to focus on developing my novel-editing and book promotion businesses since that's where my heart truly lies. I'll also probably pop up elsewhere in the 3D world since it's been very good to me and I don't plan on abandoning my second love any time soon. It's been an honor and a privilege to meet and know all of you. I'll still come around from time to time, but as Nosfiratuu the civilian instead of Nosfiratuu the Curious Labs Documentation Manager. Very Best Regards, Anthony Hernandez www.sarcha.com

Hi Ant-knee, After I get back from my holiday traveling, I'm gonna drive up to Oregon for some of your home cooking. What was it you'd said you'd cook up? Ah, yes, slow roasted prime rib, Alaskan king crab legs, horseradish sour cream mashed potatoes, creamed corn chocolate, Grand Marnier cre brulee....yum Wishing you Robyn and Logan a fun and safe holiday season, -Brian

hauksdottir ( ) posted Wed, 11 December 2002 at 3:05 AM

Anthony, You're not the only one. And I'm pleased to call you a friend as well. I'm only a few blocks off the freeway, so you and your family can stop in for a hug and a cup of coffee when passing through. I'll echo what I said last summer: go to the SCIFI conventions, get invited as a speaker and read from the books or talk about world creation, keep your eyes and ears open... especially at the science panels where mathematicians and physicists talk about the really speculative stuff which just may become tomorrow's reality but meanwhile is in your purview. Good fortune be with you! Carolly

Anthony, It was great having you in the family. You were our firefighter, pilot, pitbull, cook, bottlewasher, and jester. And you wrote a mean manual to boot. I'm not really going to miss you, because I've got your number, and you've got mine. But Poser and Curious Labs is going to miss you. You were a part of gelling the process, a catalyst, and your contributions have been enormous. I'm glad we call each other friends. Steve Cooper

Lyrra, LOL!! I can just see the comments now: "VISIONS OF EDEN sucks! Anthony was going to re-write Chapter Three from scratch and add on to Chapter Four. He hasn't answered our posts in 3 hours. I can't believe I'm being paid to be an editor. Hey - Let's start a class-action lawsuit! I've been involved with VISIONS OF EDEN since it was named Moebius. If anyone wants to see this grammatically incorrect, can't spell to save his ass, cobbled together, derivative pile of not-even-soft toilet paper, talk to me and I'll give you the whole scoop. running for cover ;-) Anthony

I for one am glad to see Anthony go ... ... into "full-time fiction" that is. Your talents are were being "wasted" as a techincal writer. ;-) Seriously, best wishes to you! It's an extremely rough road (although I've never been able to devote full-time to it) but you seem to be well on your way. Goodluck and Lightspeed! -Tim

Nosfiratu ( ) posted Fri, 13 December 2002 at 3:04 AM

Thanks, Timoteo. But I must beg to differ on one point: Not a second of my time or talent was wasted at Curious. When everyone else demanded expertise and more credentials than God, Curious took me in, let me use my skills to full advantage, and encouraged me to take some raw talent and develop it in ways I could never have imagined. I learned a hell of a lot from those folks, and that is helping me greatly in my new endeavors. And let's not forget, I made some lifelong friends. Anthony

Anthony ... you must have missed the quotes and the BIG ";-)". Well, here's another one just for missing the first ... ;-) -Tim
