Thanks, hborre. I'll try that let you know what happens. I'll get the hang of this sooner or later, but customizing will definitely have to wait a while.
Thread: Miki4 not showing up in downloads | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks guys. I found everything. I think I was looking in the wrong file. D'oh! I went into Props and everything was there. Still getting used to this stuff. I also downloaded the Reality render plug in. I got the app installed easily since they tell you which file to place it in but I'm not quite sure where to place the Props & Lights file. They say to place it in the same Runtime as your content but that's not really helpful when you're new. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I'm using Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks.

How would I find that out? Here's a file heading example from the Read Me: /Runtime/Libraries/Materials/Clothing/Miki4 Clothing/Frills and Lace/FLM4-Boots
If I placed the Runtime files manually, which "Runtime" would I put them in? I assume it wouldn't be the one in the program itself but the one that is in the User/Shared/Poser10Content/Runtime/Libraries/Materials/Clothing
It's a little confusing when all you hear is "Runtime" and you don't know which "Runtime" they're talking about. Each of the Miki4 clothing files contains the following: Libraries, Read Me, Templates, Textures. Would I just put the whole file in the Clothing section or do I have to place each part individually in their own area?

Thanks. I did that and it worked. Unfortunately, I tried to add "Frills and Lace" from the zip file and it shows up but when I tried to use it, it told me that the materials for it didn't exist. I really wish they would go to a "drag and drop" method of adding content to the libraries. Much less nonsense and frustration, especially for us new people.

StuffIt is what you're thinking of. The Install from Zip Archive seemed to work. That being said, I may re-install Poser and start over adding the content, since I seem to have things all over the place.

Mac OS doesn't have the file merge function. I used the Install From Zip Archive in the Content room. Things are a bit of a mess. I'm thinking of doing a clean re-install and start over and then bring everything in using the Zip Archive function.

Still having trouble. I unzipped some of the files and they open as Runtime files but won't load. They have four folders in them "Libraries", "ReadMe", "Templates" and "Textures". Do I have to just add the Libraries to Poser or everything? Annoying, to say the least.

I tried the "Add Library" method and it worked, so I'll unzip everything else and go that route. Most of the other stuff is G2 figures and their add ons and some animals and insects and such. If I have any more trouble, I'll let you know. Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. I'm still on a bit of a learning curve with Poser so I can get a little frustrated some times.

How do I do that? It was supposed to install into the Shared/User/Poser/Runtime folder but didn't. According to the Poser User Manual, the default is supposed to be the Poser Downloads folder.

I've tried a couple of different things but it's still not loading properly. I thought I had it installed but when I went to load the figure in the pose window, it wouldn't open properly. It didn't have any of the skin textures. I'm really getting frustrated with this. I wish they would make it easier to load this stuff. Help!

Still haven't gotten Miki4 to install properly. It defaults to Users/Shared/Miki4. How do I get it to load into the Poser content section. This is driving me crazy. Using Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks.

Okay. Figured out how to get Mki4 and Tyler to install properly. Now I'm wondering how to add the G2 figures and the other items such as Animals and Forest bundle and so on. The unzipped folders say "Runtime" and have files such as Libraries, ReadMe, Templates and Textures. Where would I place these files?

I forgot to mention that I'm using Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks. Sorry about that. What should I do?
Thread: Missing Manuals on Material Room | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thank you so much. Just downloaded the full version. I'm just getting started with Poser and this will make learning it so much easier. Looking forward to the other "Missing Manuals".

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was looking for. Sounds like Bryce is the way to go. Now I just have to get the thing. I plan to get it in the near future. Again, thanks for the help.
