Thanks so much for the positive comment. Â
I rendered the figure in Poser 6 with P4 renderer instead of Firefly because P4 renderer can produce sharper renders.  All boxes checked except ignore shader trees.  My own custom light setup with no ambient  occlusion or IBL.
The background is actually a real photo I took at the park, but I manually painted some blurring in Photoshop. Â Shadow is Photoshop too, and lettering.
I'm glad you like it, but it's not quite as beautiful as your images.

I would think it would only be illegal if they were being sold using their full name. Just think how many action figures, drawing, and bobble heads etc. were have been created with the likeness of Elvis Presley.  Most of that money is certainly not going back to his estate. Awhile back I released the Klaus head MIP for Michael 3 and there was really no mistaking who the face was fashioned after if you saw it.

Thanks for the word of enthusiasm. Since David has become a very popular figure lately, I'll likely begin working with him in the near future. My intention is to put some work into David, V3, and SP in the future.

Unfortunately, the way DAZ has released M3 and M3 SR1 there are not enough 3rd party injection slots even to accomodate as many dials as are contained in my face developers kit. Meaning the package is too robust to work with the stock SR1. This is why I had to start with the !M3 Blank.cr2 and pack all of the morphs into the cr2 manually. So all you will have to do is load up the !M3 1000 FACES.cr2 and begin creating. Don't worry, this figure is 100% compatible with DAZ and other morphs, as long as they use the PBMCC standard. It also comes complete with a detailed tutorial. All this will be supplied for a surprisingly modest price. It will be a tool that should be standard among all Michael 3 users. And for folks who don't own Michael 3, now is the time to start. They're still giving away Michael 3 FREE of charge on the daz website. Better get him fast though. You never know when they'll begin charging again.Message edited on: 03/11/2005 17:38

Biff Head morph. Both Michael 3 head morphs are available as of now in my store for a low price.Thread: My new character and geometry with textures | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's supposed to be tarnished metal, but that's not important. I just made some generic blocks of texture that took me 30 seconds to create. It's not mapped to the object. It looked better than the flat surfaces of the untextured object. If I decide to give the object away for free then whoever uses it can create their own textures.

I wanted to make it clearer that the flame is not part of the character. I only used it for the display render.

These are superb. Especially since I can't afford the Vicky Clothing Pack from DAZ. Can anyone tell me if the Microsuit works with and the other ISO stuff works with Vicky?

She looks like she might be named "Cheyenne," "Jasmine," "Sunita," "Conchita," "Genissa," "Genova," "Lustara," "Racina," "Alexis"
Thread: Your opinion about the best of the best (Poser-wise) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I've learned that my opinion is not very valid, especially since people rarely even give a thanks when you try to help them. Or ironically, people ask for help and then they think you are trying to show them up by helping them. But I do want to give praise to some certain products and also talk about things that make me avoid buying certain products. I recommend Caleb68's Dark Ages Construction Kit and also his Container pack, because of the great value. Regardless of the dispute over the licensing agreement, I don't care. They are great products and as a licenseholder, I'm going to use them. I also recommend Jim Burton's Night Life Shoes. Most of Jim Burton's stuff appears high quality. He is definitely makes the most form fitting clothing in the industry. As a rule, I recommend staying away from the products of any artist who comes off with too big of an ego. I have at times e-mailed questions concerning products to certain retailers and received no reply. This tells me that they think so higly of themselves that I am either beneath them or my money is not good enough for them. They act like they don't need the money. I have found that many artists are good artists, but they are terrible businesspeople. They are artists because they have trained in art, but good conduct of business requires training in business. I recommend staying away from these people. If their practices are not suitable for good customer satisfaction, then they should not be in business. An untrained business mentality often will try to prosper by screwing someone over for 1 dollar today to lose 1000 dollars in future business.

That's a given. I wouldn't have bought Poser if it weren't a versatile and powerful tool.
