Thats good.. but I still can't figure out how to make it look like it's twisting.. Follwing what they said.. all I get is a cylinder/clump of clouds. Nothing looks like it's twisting O.o
And editing the transformation tools don't give me anything either..

Thread: Don't know where its going....wip | Forum: Bryce
Very good!! Though it dose look a bit bare in it's own way... Maybe something to draw your eye off the ship.. like maybe a 'foreground' pipe going diagonally across the uper right corner? Like to show theres something more in front of all thats going on.. a hint but something thats not blocking the view of the ship.

Thread: Trouble making Smart Prop in Poser 5 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Your not listening.. I am NOT trying to save the prop in the figures.. I'm trying to add it to the PROPS folder.. but there is no plus sign to add it like the tutorial shows!
I am under the props tab.. I'm in a folder under props.. there I have the prop I want to add sellected (it's a lion tail, currently parented with the mel horse's pelvis).. there is no plus sign to add it so it can be made into a smart prop.. Thats what I'm saying! ;.;

True. I know it does, I use Photoshop nearly every day for my job as a graphics designer. But it still wouldn't have matches up or looked realistic in the waves.

shinyary2, I could have done that, but that would have been a lot of unnecessary work.. when doing what I did was rather simple and easy and only took a minute. and I didn't have to edit anything on my scean aside making the sphere moon invisible for the full render. Plus why do the extra work of adding the reflection on the water (as in what some say.. mirror and flip the moon on the water) would have made an unrealistic effect.. cause the light would be broken up by the waves of the water.. so what I got in the sean matches more to how it should be.. and it would again be to much work to duplicate the reflection bryce gave me in photoshop. so why not just let Bryce do it? and CrazyDawg, I know that.. but I ment I don't post any of my work on here. So in that way I 'don't' got a gallery on this site..

In the end.. I did a half and half in rendering..
Sense the sphere moon matches the reflective brightness the bryce moon gave off.. (but cast it's own that was to bright) I renderd the image half way (in the fast preview), copyed the image, then removed the sphere from the scean, did a full render of the whole scean with the bryce moon, then pasted the sphere moon over it in photoshop and lined it up. Erasing around the moon so it was the only thing on the layer. And it gave me the effect I wanted. :)
Ps. Image is 50% it's normal size.

If I reduced the reflective values of the water, then it'll take away from effects I got going on in the rest of the image. And shinyary2 I know of all them shortcuts. I use em all the time :P

FranOnTheEdge I did. I tried using a few textures and even setting all the diles to 0 so it would come out black. But it still remains gray @.x I just took it out.. I can add that in with Photoshop and make it look better.. lordstormdragon It's a bit hard to do that when you got the moon behind rock and trees.
Thread: Moon Brightness | Forum: Bryce
I tried all that.. But the thing is.. Even with the moon texture on the sphere, the reflection of it on water and such is STILL a lot brighter then the sphere is. and the brighter I make the sphere, the brighter the reflection is.. and it's already to bright as is and looks fake. Is there away to make it -not- reflect any light on anything else? I got the sphere set to place over where the bryce moon is.. the glow from that is just right (although the bryce moon is still fare to dark on it's own) and the reflection from that matches with my moon sphere.. So like, there away to set it up so the sphere don't reflect on anything so it uses the reflection from the bryce moon?

I already tried that. the reflected light it casts on everything is STRILL brighter then the moon.

Ahh cool. I only have ver 5 You can still try scaling the textures down a bit to alter how it shows up. I've had to do that a few times to get clouds like that to look right. not just over all scale, but some times scaling it one side or the other. Over all very nice work there :)

There are some splash effects in there (this is 50% it's normal size so umm.. hard to see the lil stuff :P), and what can't be added with out trouble will be added in photoshop for the finishing touches. Just need to make.. moon.. brighter.. some how!! x.x I still think the brown of the island in the bakc looks weird.. and the fog/mist are set very faint, and are all set to be a blueish color O.o Oh well.. so fare.. biggest prob, is I can't get the moon to be any brighter then that to match what it's reflecting on the water @.x
