Seems like everyone else is jumping on the sales bandwagon of this very popular forum thread, so what the heck.... Come discuss whatever you want about anything at all and start a Digital Art site the way *you* like it, where management actually listens!Thread: A New tutorial for painting clothing! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I thought so too dialyn :) The downloadable version will be available tomorrow, as well, she has some links that need to be added to the last page that didn't make it into the tut in the process. I hear her last one is coming very soon too ;) -Syn

Oops! I've uploaded the "Fixed" version, actually it's the same thing, but the last paragraph has been split into more readable steps. The original file had steps 9 though 16 lumped into one step with all the pics afterward. The new one is more readable. Sorry 'bout that! :) -Syn

Ok, the downloadable version is available now. Just click the link to get it. It's just part 1 of the 3 part series, but I will do the same for the next 2 parts, and also figure out an efficient way of doing this for all the tutorials. Thanks for the great idea! :) -SynThread: A New tutorial for painting clothing! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Dizzie, is there another preferable format? Or how about just an html page with the supporting pictures zipped up?

@Pendarian - Sorry for the intrusiveness of the registration section. It merely asks for those things due to the fact that later on the site will have a marketplace, so if a member buys a product, we'll know whether we have to assess state taxes, etc. Of course, the site is still under construction so many things may change in the future :) I do want to say thanks so much for signing up though! @Dizzie - I'm looking into getting the tutorial put on a pdf file and making it downloadable from the tut section. Would you want the 3 tutorials in 3 different pdf's or all 3 (once Gina finishes them) put on one big pdf? Thanks! -Syn

Thanks Mark, using the obj file from the geometries folder and zeroing the figure did the trick :) Thanks to Maveris too :)

I was pretty sure I used the obj file in the geometries folder, but I could be wrong. Thanks for the tip, I'll check :)

Hey, thanks for responding so fast. No, that didnt do the trick unfortunately. I found something funny though, parenting it to the left buttock instead of the thigh keeps it in the same place like I wanted, but it doesnt move with the leg (as expected). Hmm, back to the drawing board.

I agree, let's keep things positive, people can't seem to do that without a little help. Sad, but true.
