Thanks Claymor, the really strange thing is they keep wanting to bring in a contractor to fix the place up, while we're still here.....fat chance of that, cause once I put a box down it isn't moving until the moving guys move it,. Also we still haven't gotten a lease in writting. Looks like the place they were going to lease us, the investor might want to turn now for the money. That ain't happenin' either, they said 'that ' house from the beginning, and I'm going to make them stick with it. No change ups after the paperwork on our house is done, that's a scam if I ever heard one. They are going to make good their word, or I'm writting a letter to the editor of the local papers and Denver's papers. And send a report to Better Business Bureau too. There are companies out there that would love to get their teeth into one of these 'buy your house quick' guys.....

So, I told Todd, no one sets foot in this house unless we have a signed lease, or the deal falls through, and we stay. I'll look for a way to redeem the house, actually we're caught up, and if we make the payments to the bank we might have some footing there.....

Do you think Bryce will stay low in price if DAZ puts any effort into upgrading at all with the bells and whistles people have asked for? It doesn't seem possible.....I mean if they are truely going to develop Bryce to compete with other similiar apps, wouldn't all that effort require a higher price tag? Maybe or maybe not... what they do with Bryce and how much it's going to cost for the new version is the 'wait and see part'....

Hmmmm, after reading the that it looks like people aren't too sure DAZ has it's head on straight. I personally don't think they are going to do much with Bryce (ducks flying objects), and that they bit off a little more than they can chew comfortably....after fooling with Vue's latest, I'd have to say that Bryce would need to meet or surpass it to continue being a viable product. But Bryce has been my favorite app, and I fall back on it when I get tweaked at C4D or Vue  for not doing something I want.

Guess it's a 'wait and see' kinda thingy...=)

Yeah it's a horrible pain in the arse to go through, but I did alot of research on foreclosures and now have a pretty good idea of the process and how to circumvent it. For anyone facing this type of crisis and wants to keep their home, call the company we did (it's a Christian based company) American Foreclosure Specialists, they will help get you back on track, they guarrantee it, in writting, and on their website. And they kept their word, we were just unable to take advantage of the deal they brokered with the mortgage company, happens.....

Gouche is an opaque water media, the pigments are bound by a similiar binder that is found in watercolor. Hi,

I IM'd you about the use of a fractal for your sky, it should only be Bryce generated skies, either your created preset or another's preset can be used. I would be glad to approve a new entry that has a Bryce 'only' generated sky.
