Yes it was created in 5 but I always am able to view so I have pulled the PDF file and replaced with WORD document or you can view the jpegs of the Tutorial in Microsoft Paint or your favorite Paint program,sorry about the problems hope to figure out this week what I did wrong....But yes you import thru the picture editor and once you get into the picture editor click on the check mark then you are back into your scene ...now if you click on the blue square in the create icons it will bring into your scene a 2D square now go back and pick the effect you want click on the M next to the square and you are in the Materials Lab where all the fun begins...now in the diffusion slot you see the slider all the way at 100 and the ambience at 19.6 well change it to 100 too then click on the upside down triangle(which should be Material options)and now you want to make sure that all the shadow settings are clicked off(that means no check marks showing)as a matter of fact the only check mark should be either blend transperencies or additive now the last is only if you want a really tweaked out effect...now make sure for the torchfire ans smoke that you have the smoke right behind and with a little more transperency then the fire...well I hope you all remember to instant message me when you upload a pic so It can be viewed and judged...

Ok right now these are for Bryce,Now I am testing the ones for Poser and will finish this weekend and get out to the poser betatesters sometime in the next week.Now these are for the pc right now.... I am getting these out to a mac user and he will test for me but he thinks they will work just like on the pc anyways...I will be holding a Poser contest soon and you also will be able to download a free 5 effects soon too....

I think I know what you are trying to say...you want a pic that when you turn in blender you see the horizon all the way around like in a 3d game enviorment right?where you will have the whole sky from horizon to sky dome right?

Sorry only if it is either obj or obp file maybe 3ds and dxf and 3dmf,poser figures have the file pz3/4 and you need poser to import here is what you can do find a demo of poser and install all of the freestuff you can then export out of poser as obj file then bryce will read and import that file otherwise save the money and buy poser it and Bryce together are an awesome combination and two programs a 3D artist shouldnt be without

I too am trying to learn...Well from what I understand from the digital babes site is...1.you have to have your basic model built(max,truespace.ect)then you make your texture at the highest resolution your computer can handle then apply that map to the model,then go back and make your transparent texture of the first texture...go into your favorite paint program and use the smudge tool alot on the ends and slowly fade it going out to the ends...then bring into poser(the obj then apply the textures,also dont forget to tweak out the transparent settings either)this next section I am totaly flying by the seat of my pants so dont hold me to it ok...now to make rsr and cr2 files I think what you do is parent them to the object then save the whole object into a directory that you designate (in poser)but I might be totaly wrong and I probably am but to my thinking when you save the object to poser after parenting it to the obj and saveing the whole obj wouldnt that have poser already do it for you make the rsr files and cr2?I hope someone can help us with that one

well I went and talked to my computer guy and he keeps trying to get me to buy XP he says that it is the bomb...but I also have been told to wait until they get all the bugs out and shoot that could take years so fo one final time as a Graphics artist what OS would you upgrade too and why....your choices are NT,2KPRO,XP....Now dont be shy lets all get into this

WELL it seems that we cant make up our minds so I will do it for me and that is win2K PRO I USE 98SE now and I have been running with no problems yet I have a cable modem from AT&T so if any one has had issues with the att modem let me know thanks folks for the feedback
