Then, once you have mastered your art, shove it in their face and make them eat their words.

Will and does Renderosity allow the member themselves too review such records being kept on them?

And if so, what is the official policy for  review of such records by the member?

Stating that if we keep any communications we have with the admins pertaining too breaking a rule etc...we have the "record" is not an answer to that question as any communications we might have, may not nessicarily contain any other "notes" a moderator or admin has placed in such a "record".

Actually it might be a good idea if as a part of the name change the system sent out a site mail too those who've added that person to their fav lists.

I want to say (and trying to say this as nicely as possible) that since no one but the team can actually see a members history, how do you know that the "banned' member(s) is giving you all the facts exactly as they occured?  I guess what amazes me from time to time is that I have seen someone continually violate our TOS end up getting banned because of the continual disregard for the guidelines and then a member will come in upset about what we have done and  say "Oh they only had one warning and got banned...................." but when I go look at the member record its like a mile long with all the notes there to know exactly what happened, when, why, etc... So sometimes you may only get the story someone who is upset and bitter wants you to hear:(

We really truly do NOT like to hand out warnings, remove images, give bans, we don't like it at all. We truly do try and work with a member that is willing and we ban when its clear that the person is not going to follow the guidelines that they agreed to when joining..

Since there are "records" being kept on the members here, I would like to know what Rosity's policy/position on  members accessing and  and reviewing this "record" that is being kept on them.

It's one thing to keep a record of our purchases. It's quite another when it comes too other kinds of "records".

I don't think other members should have the ability too "report an image" to begin with.

its the job of the mods and the site admins too police the gallery's, not the members. So I never report an image, even those I know for a fact violate the TOS.

I've gotten that message before too when browsing the site. I just ignored it, and tried back later.

So what are we supposed too do with the old ones? Just stop using them and let them sit? I'm just wondering as I intend (unless specifically asked otherwise) too use this one from now on.

Forgive me for apparently not being clear enough, yes I was talking about the contest rules and not the TOS.  

Although I guess/assume one could say the same can be said of the TOS as well since it too is enforced across the board without respect for persons right?
