It does work, because I just so happened to apply it to a figure I was working on yesterday. Have you moved anything to another directory since you installed the morph package? You may want to try re-intalling the body morph package if you haven't already. Another possibility is the .exe is corrupt. Perhaps you could get DAZ to send you another copy. They did for me when I got a bad head morphs package download.

If you have Poser 5 you could use the grouping tool to
select just the boots and create a prop from them.
Go to Editing Tools. The Grouping tool is the 4th one
from the right, the box looking thing with a dot in the
middle.
Click it and a dialogue box pops up. Everything goes
gray. Now click on an item and it turns red. So click
on the boots. Use the - sign to remove parts you don't
want and the + sign to add them back if you removed
the wrong part.
Then in the dialogue box click Create Prop.
You should now have a duplicate of a boot which you can
save as a prop. Do the same thing for the other boot.

Another thing you can do is go to the Material
Room and change the U_scale and the V_scale
setting in the Image Map box. The default is
1.000 for each. A smaller number makes the image
smaller. A larger number makes the image larger.
This saves the trouble of having to make different
size jpeg files. Use the U_offset to move the
image left or right and the V_offset to move the
image up or down. If you want an single image
set Image_Mapped to None instead of Tile.
Using this I can apply a large picture to a small
object or a small picture to a large object
without having to rescale the picture in a paint
program.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Little known fact. Originally a coffin was a type of pie made in a square pan. The undertakers stole the word. If Doughboy were stuffed with apples, I'll bet he would make some mighty fine eats.

Byrdie, the V3 male is part of the body and head morphs pack. It is one of the options in !V3 Full-Body INJ. There is also a Young Male at the bottom of the list. For a male head you would use the !V3 Head INJ and scroll down to Hd Male.

Thread: **Help! Making Bum files with Poser 5** | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
What I do when it calls for a .bum file is open the
.jpg file in the Paint program that comes with Windows.
Then I save it as a .bmp file. The I go to Windows
explorer and change the extension from .bmp to .bum.
Believe it or not, a .bum and a bmp. are the same
type of file and when the program looks for the .bum
file, it can find and use it.
