Thread: Creating Cloth Simulations makes camera and prop fly all over! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
No, I'm not sure and I'll have to check on that. But why, when you initiate the "calculate simulation." in the clothroom, does the camera fly around?

Yes, that is exactly what I need. Plus, some other cool stuff in ISOP's site. Thanks for the lead.
Thread: Comment In Poser Gallery | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I do think that if a comment is purely mean-spirited, and lacks any constructive content, there should be a mechanism in place where it could be removed. However, this might require more administration than the moderators could handle, and starts us on a slippery slope toward censorship. Perhaps, more pragmatically, only those who have work posted should be entitled to comment on other's work? This might sift out a large portion of the spam comments.
Thread: Can't Get A Texture Map to Apply to a Prop | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yes. I opened it in UVMapper, under "Map" selected "Planar", under "Tools" selected "Fix Seams" Then under "File" I selected "Export." Then in Poser, I imported the object, and was able to apply a texture map. D

Thread: Salvaging a corrupted .pz3 file | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
What I am trying to edit out from the .pz3 file is all references to a hospital trolley that I downloaded from the free stuff area. This prop has embedded ascii characters in it that makes the whole .pz3 file unreadable when I try to open it in poser. I am on a Mac, and when I save in Word I am saving as text only.
Thread: Problem with Poser Confusing X and Y axis rotations | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Smug, smart-assed? I don't allow that to rattle me. I'm here to get information and most people are very helpful. If it makes somebody feel good to condescend, and I don't allow it to bug me, then no harm is done.

Er...okay...would you be willing to provide some more detail on where to look it up? It doesn't have a reference in the poser manual, and not all of us are technically savvy. I did a search on gimbal lock in the forum, and have yet to find a concise solution.

Thread: Seeking two things: hand texture and a gypsy character | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Just for the record, I would like to say that Khrys was correct, and I think people are over-reacting to his response. I don't think his comments were rudely stated or inflammatory. I am looking for something traditionally gypsy--and whatever research Anton did, the end result is not traditional to my eye, while it certainly is provocative. I hope Anton will not take this personally--his work is beautiful--just not what I'm seeking in this case. Now...can we all get along?

Thread: Where can I find a good car model with interior? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Imanmtr, your cars are beautiful, but I'm looking for something more mundane. Not a sports car, but a nice, upper end four door sedan, something a business man with a family might own.
