I'm on the ball tonight..Windows XP Home} if you're on XP try switching off all the lovely rounded edges that windows uses & lower the resolution 1280x1024 would be better & turn off the font smoothing it eats up resources big time. {Thaaank You!!} Re:silver. Also - what speed and size is your hard drive, how much free space do you have on it, and what is your swap file size? Has it been defragged lately? I usualy de-frag 2X a week.The Hard drive is 80Gb & it has about almost 20Gb in uncompressed storage.The swap file is an optional selection?? 1.You can set your swap-file size or 2. you can select your minimum & maximum swap-file size{1000-2000} for the Windows operating system to manage. I would also like to include that this operating system is a huge monster!!!It has a massive Python engine&software..not to mention several different other operating features?? example;Borland..I don't even wont to start thinking about all of that tech stuff..not to mention this dino-soar is factory new but no manuals???I was crushed...there is probably 2000pg's of garb to examin... Poser5 is totaly awesome!!! Thank's gang!!!

Hmmm??? Well first of all RobWolf...Welcome to the Fractal Page...I would like to complement you on your work???It looks awesome!!!I only wish that I spent as much time on my stuff... A Fractal is a math formula...This math formula can be Algebra,Calculus,ect...This math formula is computed as many times as the user(me)would like for it to compute?If I wonted the computer to calculate my fractal 1000 times, I would enter into a fractal program's ((itterations box)) to calculate my math formula 1000 times.. This would give me a computed JPG that I could work on in other programs..Paint shop pro..ect..I would then come up with a finished Render &/or print for my Renderosity gallery.. Interesting isnt it? Well all...I was thinking of something that I am thinking about working on currently???? Since ya'll lifted my spirits and showed me tha light!! Hmm??? That don't sound right...Well since you are making data transfer's..{aka-Up-loading} It wouldn't hurt to send the pic in to a virus center to be analysed for a bug??? I know that this may sound odd but your computer shouldn't normaly function in this manor.. Oohhh Wee!!!That Fractal Gallery is perfect example of the combinational theory that everyone & there stinky feet can come up with,dream up &/or imagine.. Hey cool dude tell us more about what you use{software,Crayolas} to produce your finished products for your gallery.{This may give us a better idea of your knowledge base}I'll jump over to your gallery & check out the dinner.. Oh NO!!!!! run for the hill's...Cheesecake!!!!.. Hmm..Well my main emphasis is the Fractal art. I hope that everyone can share formulas & socks & PJ's. I guess one thing that is different about Fractal art than the other software's on this site is the background.. I can usually imagine what the formula will look like before I start typing it in. I have a small pre-post production notebook that I usually go by. Now back to these 4 Fluffy white swans with gold crowns doing the mandala.hmmm
