Yes Routeledge ... In fact, I won't change the metal reflexion texture but the lights colours .. but only for final render ... concerning 3Dcc link, thank you, but I'm not sure this morph could work on Vicky2 .. I'll try anyway :o) You're are right concerning the resolution of the map, I have to work on it, first I want to achieve the map, then rescale by 200% or 300%, bluring, then cutting the edges and bluring again .. pfiuuuuuuu ... lot of work still to do to get proper render :o))))) PhEn.

Very immportant feature in MX to me is that you can generate Emptymovieclip and import .jpg pix into which allows you to create brand new slideshows that was not possible with Flash5 :o) PhEn.

I already made comments on such problems .. the fact is, if your win98se in configured as a server with virtual memory up to twice physical memory, raise to 3 times ! ... two more things I noticed : 1) Poser big rendererings don't like to share memory with other applications, so before rendering use a killer tool such as 'Enditall', and break your net connect. 2) Win98SE is not stable at all, especially concerning memory, there is a patch (great one) that fixes most of the problems which is called Upack1.2 (if you don't find i'll give you the URL). In fact, there's no need to change your OS ... Win2K has it's own difficulties and limitations ... so before switching, think twice ... Regards, PhEnIcE (OJM). nb : I have 2 machines both running with win98se+Upack1.2, the one acting as a server is the one I use for Poser, when I make big renders I kill any other threading process ... and as an example I only reboot 1 time every 24-48 hours ...

What windows version are running in ??? ... I'm working with win98SE patched with Upack1.2, and the only errors I got come from the memory management (as usual :o)). So, when I want to make some very big scene, I have to end every background application and change my memory parameters : machine profile = server, virtual memory = 3 x physical RAM (and not 2x as usually said). And then working properly ... I recommend especially to end all backgroung apps, such as network apps (ICQ, Firewall, Connection, etc.). To do this, you can download a very useful tool : Enditall.
