The “icuuc36.dll” is installed directly into the Adobe Bridge folder (not sys32).
A reinstall of Photoshop should correct your problem.
Also delete that .dll you found on the net from your system folder!

Spamerosky in the Photoshop Freebies StickyThread: Changing the color of eyebrows? | Forum: Photoshop
Well since you don’t have Photoshop and access to the highly acclaimed “Change eyebrow color tool”………jk.
I would just clone out the eyebrows on the texture map and use an eyebrow transparency map in Poser, where you can use any color you need.
Note: I haven’t used Poser for awhile, but IIRC, Vic 4 has eyebrows as a separate grouping in the UV.
If you are going blond, you also need to change those black eye lashes to something like a dark/median brown.

Draw a selection from the exhaust outlet.
Use blur>motion blur.
Using either a mask or the history brush, gradually fade the effect the further away it is from the outlet.
Or something like that :)

With virtual machines, you can assign the amount of installed memory for it to use.
Example would be if the “Host” OS is XP, you can allot, say 256mb of installed memory to it, and all the rest to the “Quest” OS.
Having the virtual machine running, with no security programs, firewalls, updaters, internet, and especially all the MS services that can be turned off, more than compensates for that 256mb loss of memory.

Why not just run a second copy of XP using a virtual machine? It’s a lot easier and simpler than messing around with BartPE (which gave me crushing chest pains), booting from CD’s or running from external/second drives.
Your virtual version of XP runs completely isolated, and you can have it as lean, clean, and stripped down as you want.
I use VMware Player, which is very easy to use, and free.

Try using the “Smudge Tool” on the left image.
With that, you can use different brush shapes to achieve smeary, drippy, runny looks.
Play around with the “Scattering” setting for a splattered look.

Thread: Yet ANOTHER dll error with CS5...gggrrr | Forum: Photoshop
It’s most likely one of your legacies 3rd party plugins causing this.
Remove all of them and then launch PS to see if you get an error or not.
If no error, replace each one individually (launching PS each time) until you find the culprit(s).
Once the offender is found, see if there is an update for it.
If no update, you can try replacing that “icuin36.dll” in your system folder with a newer version.
Note: There is an “icuin36.dll” in your Bridge folder, which might be more current.

Thread: Using ProPhoto color space in Photoshop..or AdobeRGB | Forum: Photoshop
Attached Link: http://www.imagescience.com.au/kb/questions/85/January+2005+-+ProPhoto+or+ConPhoto
Hey Tom,I can see a real difference in (most) prints from my 6 color Epson when using AdobeRGB compared to sRGB.
While you can’t see a difference on a typical monitor, the color space of sRGB is narrower than what most home and commercial printers are capable of.
The AdobeRGB gamut is a closer match for them, while you are being short-changed with sRGB.
The ProPhotoRGB, space is huge!
Much larger than what any monitor can show, and printer can produce.
I have used it, but the printed results were too unpredictable… (Always felt like I was flying blind).
This article (link) is a little dated, but still informative and relevant.

“I didn’t know what Facebook was, and now that I do know what it is, I have to say, it sounds like a huge waste of time.
I would never say the people on it are losers, but that’s only because I’m polite.
Needless to say, we didn’t have Facebook when I was growing up. We had a phonebook, but you wouldn’t waste an afternoon with it."
