Thread: One more bug for 5.5 (a conspiracy against Wings3D users) | Forum: Bryce
The faster rendering is what I'd like.. but.. I'd rather wait til the bugs are worked out before messing with getting it.. Until then.. I just settle for randering an image when I'm in bed or out for the day so I'm not stuck sitting at a comp for a few hours waiting ^^;

You can maybe try editing the scale of the texture on the objects to make it sized better and give a better effect.. By the way, can I ask where you got them textures in that screen shot? ^^;
Thread: Reflective Water | Forum: Bryce
I do under water sceans all the time.. http://www.daz3d.com/support/tutorial/index.php?id=941 That tutorial might help explan it a bit better.. just go down to where it talks of the lighting. Just note you can load in your own image for the reflections rather then the one it says :P
Thread: An issue with water in Bryce 5 | Forum: Bryce
Ahh... okay I get it now! I was able to make the scean look exactly like that with just two. :) Now umm.. one.. small.. thing... ....is there a better way to edit the brush size if the terrain editor? I need a small brush.. but the smallest it lets me go (before it gets like a tinny dot) is to big for the waves O.o

Hmm.. so it could work using really large terrains? I think I tried that once, it was a bit hard to get the gound to match up with the horizon.

lordstormdragon I've tried doing what you've shown before.. but.. with the whales or anything I have in the forground.. seen though the water it makes it look like I got a double of the model when theres only one there. as if you had two and one was pushed out of line just slightly. And xenic101, now to sure I understand any of that :/

I don't know how to add a bump map to the water that will only effect the foreground. And if I made the whales bigger.. it still wont help with the water x.x and I did have my wave terrain fade to a flat surface. I don't get what you mean cut out a peace of the plane.. How do you do that with the infinite planes?
Thread: Having one object against another. but NOT sink into it.. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hmm.. I'll try that.. it would be better if I could put these marks on the texture.. but lineing it up to where it wont stretch at parts is just to hard to figure out x.x
Thread: Unlocking the light from the sun/moon and looking for a pearl mat.. | Forum: Bryce
I've tried it with normal lights. But it don't give the same effect.. plus it slows rendering down to a complete stop. (yeah it wont pass one point and I even let it run all night) plus it don't give me the nice hue I got.. and no there isn't any fog or haze in it.. it's all nice and clear. But I'd really like the moon to be over to the right just a bit so it's in an arch. (and no I'm not moving the arch, it's ment to be centerd) but doing that, everything looks like it's DAY time! x.x

I have no idea how to add a transmap in poser.. I've made a few of my own.. but.. I can't for the life of me find away to apply them to a modal.
