Nanette,

I look forward to your texture for Kate, as she really needs a new one. If you look at the existing texture, part of her feet are really messed up, and some weird artifacts there. I had some things for her in Hexagon, but lost them in a HD crash. I think I'm going to look at re-creating some of the clothes I had made.- Starkdog

Ok, here is an update. The leggings are roughly 3500 polys. If I subdivide them again, I'm looking at the 13,500-15,000 poly range. This would make for better dynamics, but that is a huge amount of polys, especially if used for conforming clothes. The top, too, is currently ~3500 polys. I'm debating using the lower poly garments for conformers, and higher poly garments for dynamics. I made these in Hexagon, and the UV maps are really gross. I do have MODO 202/203, so I'm looking at using that to UV map properly. This way, I can still use the same UV maps for the lower and higher resolution meshes. Has anyone done this, and do you have any advice?

That picture and morph list is amazing! One thing that did hold me back a bit from making items for Antonia and Anastasia, is conforming clothes to a weight-mapped character. I'm trying to remember what Outfitter does? Does it add the weight-map "morph" information to the clothes? Will Outfitter work with Alyson2/Anastasia, or is it just V4WM and Antonia?

True, it is interesting to see things pop up, and then quickly wane. I had started modeling some base clothes for Antonia, but I'm also looking at Miki4 and Alyson2/Anastasia as well. I'm just trying to pay attention to the other figures, but also curious as to which character(s) to support. I haven't bought Michelle, but I also see that BVH has an Angela figure and Ali also has an Angela 1/2 figure as well. So, the Poser female model market is very saturated. As much as I would like to buy all the cool things here, especially with the Christmas sales, I have to budget things a bit. My V4 has more clothes than Macy's... But, back to the subject. Would it be worthwhile to keep making items for Antonia, or should I focus more on Miki4 and Alyson2/Anastasia?

That is a great breakdown! I will think it over a bit more, but I still plan to buy the Meipe morph bundle as it covers everything, plus the bundle is on sale. There are sublties that the morph sets offer, that I didn't see with V4WM. There's just so much out there, that my eyes are rolling.

There IS a merchant base resource for Poser 8 Alyson by Tiltedhalo, link below. I believe that Poser 8 Alyson and Poser 9/ 2012 Alyson 2 use the same UV maps, so the textures should match. Get this set quick, as it is on clearance for $6.47.
