I've checked out the original geometry, and can't see any problem... but I am a noob so I may be missing something. It's a simple profile with a simple lathe action, so I may try remodelling from scratch to see if I get different results.

Thanks for the speedy response, Mark. I'll go back and check the vertex model to see if I can find the problem.
I'm a Photoshop jockey, and all these points, vertices and polygons are fiddling with my head!

Thanks Phil, You think so?! You laugh, but I purchased and downloaded Rikishi without realizing that it's PC only format, and I can't unstuff the bloke, let alone pose him! Cheers!
