Hi Onnetz,

On the High polycount I can bring the highpolys down by retopologising the model but dont know the guidlines to whats acceptable for the general user .

On modeling form,
I would build around poser models by creating my new topology for fitting conforming items ,and also making standalone items to parent or to free stand . I dont know what the rights are to creating from the existing mesh itself . I know its ok for my images but for sharing?..

Well first let me say thanks to everyone involved and am extreemly flattered to be selected as a winner. 
If I could now politley respond to the people that feel my art was not in tune with the theme and I should not of been considered for a prize.
I thought I'd use my mind and think what really Dinner with the Dead could mean.
Maggotts feast on the dead ?I thought that was obvious,the artists interpritaion is alowd but I wanted it (the theme to be clear)like all my previous entries to such contests here.
A Dead zombie awake at halloween being eaten by maggotts I felt would fit the bill as it is areality of Dinner with the dea No?.I felt I covered the subject well enough and added a humour touch as to not scare the newbies to much lol ..As for personal prefrences to others art above mine thats cool,everyones intitled to their opinions ~it just feels a little sour in here..
Could I add,I spent 2 weeks modeling the creature from a sphere,and a week on the postwork especially on the face itself .
Alot of hard work went into my entry and Im very proud to be selected .Im going to enjoy my Prizes very much!Thanks!

You are a truely wonderfull human who has made a great deal of moments in my life better due to your words and our friendship. Also other people I know who you talk to have always showed bothing but love for you as a person . Im so sorry Ive missed so much and am never around to underdstand whats going on.I would always reply to my mail and if you ever want a chat please just call.

Many scenario's have 'occurred' to me before the thread was started ! Im not assuming a personal issue,how could that be ?
Im not the only person to IM the (active) vendor on this matter.
Im only a paying customer wanting to keep the Vendor protected as the readme files just state merchant friendly . 
My position was unclear on the 'giving' or 'selling'.
Such a big deal huh.

Thanks for all the replys everyone. Its seems as though the Vendor will not give me a simple answer,instead of all this politics I am going to throw the resorce pac and all other products by this vendor in the bin.

I know how to create my own textures now so stuff  it.

I was mainly using the base for seems.

Im hoping still for a message from this vendor ,

I will issue a complaint to the MP next week .

In the real world a trader cannot act this way and Im dissapointed that a person can take your money here and act like that .

Am I jumping the gun?Well the Vendor has read my IM and put several other products up for sale in the weeks Ive been waitng for an answer.Just keep taking the CASH Vender,thanks alot!

Thanks Chris,I will wait (before getting angry lol) but am dissapointed.
I do understand about the giving of the unaltered maps away would be a problem but they are far from there original state now.Thats why I wanted to email over the textures for the vendor to approve.I am trying to protect the vendor here but am being slapped .

With the weather issues I will stall my temper and will see if the so called has been active online , She seemed to of recieved my IM fine by the way..
