I've opened and re-opened my files and that didn't work for me. However, I've gotten a lot more knowledgeable about the material editor and been able to do workarounds to get some of the white eye sectins filled with colors.

Thanks, Peggy! I already had the .pdf, but wanted to avoid printing out 600 pages of the manual on my printer. I like to read the manual away from the computer to get ideas, so reading on my desktop really won't work well. Thomllama - I may give your method a try. Thanks! Well, I guess misery loves company - glad I'm not the only one that this has happened to. (laughing) That said, I've since examined the pages and there's enough room to punch holes inthe pages and load them into a binder. Think I'll do that before I lose the loose pages. Since I'm a real newbie to Vue, I use the manual all the time. Nelia

I'm a newbie to Vue, so could you give me a hint as to where I'd find the glass setting in Vue? I've looked and looked in the Material Editor, but keep missing it.

Or, if there are a multitude of settings to get a glass like effect, is there a tutorial you could point me to?

I have tried simply loading a glass material and that doesn't work.

If I could fix this, it sure would help, as I'm getting far better at eye painting than I ever wanted to be. (grin)

I'm having trouble with this, too, importing from Daz Studio. Eyes are a huge problem - with white pupils as seen in the above image.

I've checked the Varible Transparency box with no change. I've fiddled with settings for the pupil and still can't get the pupil to be anything but white. It's a procedural color of black, instead of a mapped picture.

I do my rendering in either Bryce, or more often now, Vue. I certainly spend more time generating and rendering than I do post work. However, if I didn't upload to those galleries, I wasn't sure just where it would fit, as I couldn't find a definition for any of the galleries. I thought "Mixed Medium," might be the one, but wasn't sure if that could mean something else entirely. Thanks for the clarification!

I have the same problems with items 1 & 2.

One reason I shopped for many RDNA items here instead of there, was the far superior wishlist you had here. I really liked having the price listed on each wishlist item. Plus, knowing which items were on sale often prompted me to tossing them into my cart for purchasing with other items.

I know I'll be purchasing a lot fewer items with the new wishlist system.

A question - does the new system mean that there will be no more email notification when wishlist items go on sale?

One othere thing - this time on orders. I really liked having the link to item's sales page right in the order. That is, the name of each item that had been bought was a link to the sales page. That's gone with the new system.

I often download the sales page for the items, as they usually have nifty hints on how to use the item.
