Thanx Madmax! Can't see how I can put it up for download Madmax. Its over 30 MB unzipped! :( Even if I zipped it, its going to be a b***h to upload over a dial-up connection, and also where would I host it? But if I did offer it for download, I guess I would have to make it poseable, which will be quite a challenge in itself!! :P Let's see if a solution can be worked out.

This came about when I found that in my experimentation with multireplication, that it was possible to bring about near organic shapes. Instead of putting in detailed step by step, I decided to put up the various stages of construction, which makes the process pretty self evident.
Will gladly answer any further queries you have! :)
Ummm well all queries other then asking How many spheres I used?!!!! Theres no way you guys are going to get me to count allllllllllll those spheres! :oP

How easy is it for the moment To relegate a loving habit to the confines of memory The form remains in its familiarity Yet feelings silently let out a wail of despair The tremendous presence of a spirit is felt In its abject absence. That which was living and breathing Is now merely an idea! How challenging is it to come to terms That something will be no more An hitherto epicentre of life Has left in search of a greater flight. Hush your tears and make a wish In complete harmony and glory may the new flight be. My Condolence!

Hey thanx a lot guys! :) Seems to be a virtual treasure trove. Also found this: subdivision modelling tips: http://maxrovat.sns.hu/subdiv/subdivmodeling.htm The Aardvark tutorials are definitely awesome. But having heard so much about Metasequoia, am disappointed that there is so little resource available about it! :( But thank you all for the links.

Hey its great to be back with old friends! :) Have been away from renderosity...partly because of work, part travelling and partly life! The log in which AS saw must have been by default cos my machine has renderosity as default homepage, so anybody switching on my machine would log me in! :P But I did drop in once in a while to check out Renderosity.
However, sad to know that Bryce is struggling to survive. In fact these might be the last few images I do in Bryce. To actively pursue a career in Special effects and Animation I have to move on to Max or Maya. :( The industry, it seems, values the knowledge of a tool much higher then one's ability to ideate and create!
Its a pity that people like Ruddy (Rochr), Agor etc. with the inherent talent and ability to imagine and create have to struggle to have their work appreciated in the professional arena. And I have seen the work of a number of "professionals" who don't come close to the creativity shown here by many members of our fraternity.
But c'est la vie! My dream of course remains a creative collaborated full-length movie or a short film with my friends here...and show those "professionals" what real creatives can do! :P
