You can try loading your Nova figure, then saving her back as a pose file with the option checked to include the morphs. Then replace her with a RR figure and the shared morphs might be activated.

Smooh-- I have found generally that V3 footwear doesn't bend properly, even with default settings. Try bending the boot slightly, then twisting it slightly side to side. This sometimes helps

I can get boots to conform plausibly if you give them a greater Y scale to match the elongated shins.

Maybe you've already discovered this, but you can use Graphic Converter to preview Poser files (pz2,etc). The rsr appears as a thumbnail image.
