Dont Bother, ALL of the "free" Hosts will restrict your bandwidth usage and cancel you if you post direct links to file on their servers for download Do yourself a BIG favor , If you want do serious business on the web, buy some web space from a real provider these free host dont want you to do anything beyond creating a new place to display their Banner/pop-up ads Just my experience Mocap

How about a Screen shot from a MAC User at curious Labs hosting a propack scene in with animation lightwave 6.5?? Ill give Curious Labs credit for one thing: SR2 actually installed this time on my mac G3 SR1 would just crap out claiming an "unknown Error" and under SR2 Lightwave 6.5 actually can See my poser file in the Load scene dialog box but alas it rejects it as an unknown format.even when i say look for all files (A Little hint guys to my knowledge lightwave plugins must have a extension such as "skytracer.p" so creating an installer that puts a plugin in my newtek plugins folder called "pzrfrlw6x" does NOt help your cause. Oh well back to rig building in lightwave and cinema 7 when you guys at curious are ready to play in the big leagues, you have my email address. Mocap

The biggest attraction to poser for Me was ready made content!! If you want to do nice stills, animated people, robots and animals poser is a good program because you can start animating right away as opposed to to spending Hours upon hours building bone rigs and setting wieght maps or restiction tags as you must in the high end programs Before you can animate a character of course you can export these characters to other programs to render them. I personally NEVER do any final renders in poser due its admittedly weak render engine and Poor lighting capability. and there is a wealth of additional content available for poser such as the millenium man model ( see pic) and the highly versitile vicky of course. I just installed My new seat of cinema 4DXL verision 7with body paint 3D like cinema 6 before it, i can create an animation in poser with ANY Poser character and simply export as a BVH motion file i then export the poser guys geometry as a wavefront .obj cinema will import the BVH as a set of properly aligned bones with their animation and frames in the timeline. import the mesh into cinema and move the boneset into the mesh and rename each bone to its corresponding body part in the objects pallette drag the mesh onto the skeleton and select fix bones and include all subobjects this will create a full rigged poser character in cinema that can rendered using cinemas 7's bryce like materials and new Ultra fast raytracer with true radiosity when i buy my web space this week I will post some Mpegs. this is just one of the many options available to someone who want to animate poser figures outside of poser. By the way here is a small glimps of my bryce object library most of these were originaly Lightwave Models iv got a few trees from my seat of Onyx tree pro Ive got a whole collection of recent model cars and Suvs that i bought from veiwpiont datalabs in 3D studio max. format I am working on an incredible render with "Millenium man" imported from Poser Propac with hi hi--res textures intact!! and lets not get started about animation like flying your camera through a volumetric cloud. Its not ill mannered orrude to speak the truth and the truth is unless terregen is about to release a major upgrade I can destroy any terregen render with bryce4! Ive been to terregen web sites and ive seen nothing but mountain ranges and shimmery planes of water with some poorly placed photoshop lens flares!! excuse me!! but its that type of stereotypical image that causes Bryce to be the subject of scorn and ridicule by my fellow Lightwave owners and other members of the"high end "3D community and it that type of image i studiously avoid in my art. in bryce i can import highly detailed .LWO. 3DS. wavefront .obj and assign incredible materials to them and render them and save them to my bryce libraries as native bryce .OBP for reuse at a later time can terregen do that??? Depth of field, soft shadows, true Radiance, Gamma correction as part of the render, Motion blur during animation choosing the number of rays per pixel and a whole host of other new features will make this a worthwhile upgrade in my opinion. as a Lightwave 6.5 and Bryce owner i must admit that i will enjoy seeing the sarcastic smirks wiped off the faces of many of my Snobbish bretheren who dismiss bryce as a "toy" Mocap
