Thank you so much, I have just downloaded the file I was unable to download earlier.
I think I know what the problem is: I have just installed a download manager and I think it's what caused the issue since it never happened before. I will thus not use it to download anything from Renderosity...

So this coupon is only valid on RPublishing items (not obvious when reading the original coupon description above...).

I am sorry but it doesn't seem to work whatever I put in my cart and I don't see any warning or explanation...I put different items from vendors who accept coupons but it doesn't apply..

I have also tried with Chrome but the same happens. All the browsers are x64 versions with the latest updates. No problem with the purchased products... I have used different computers and nothing seems to work. Hope this helps.

I have just tried with IE 11 and it does not work either because the same thing happens as with Firefox (I have deactivated the SmartScreen filter as explained in another thread). The items available in my purchase history can be downloaded without any problem but not the gifted items...

I don't know what is happening but it is impossible to download any of the packs that were gifted to me.
When I click a download link on my gifts pages the download does not start and then I am sent to my purchases page. I have tried to download recent and older gifts and the download seems to be broken for all the packs...
