One of the Bryce renders, no lights terrain settings to 1024 x 1024 using photoshop twirl image created by applying a black and white gradient to a 3x3 pixal image scale transformed to 1024 x 1024.

Thanks AgentSmith, I've been working it through using several methods, the latter where I resized my canvas as opposed to resizing the image gave me better results as far as clairity of blocks. What material and light settings are you adding to your image in Bryce?

I've not come up with the same results twice. Most times now for some reason my render looks like a cloth over the blocks as you see in the last posted image. Let me work on it a minute after dinner. And I'll post one of my renders.

I agree with tekchip, my first thought was it was a rendering of an old image. Dirty that bad boy up a little and you'll have it. Nice work BTW.

How about adding a really faint dust cloud, something light for the light to reflect from. In actuallity that's what causes the light strams in the first place. Dirt in the air. Hope that helps.

That being the case, did you use a sorta double boolean with the second two being boolean'd difference for the glass surface? Another idea to consider, might be to create a circular skylight illuminating the interior. Just a thought.

Nice looking biulding. Are those booleaned windows or objects on top? I always have such a hard time biulding in Bryce. Nice work.

Hi Stephen, I tried the method above. I couldn't get it to render bitmaps as wireframes. All my Bryce preview windows were set for wireframe, but I got my three frames as bitmaps rendered solid fill for some reason.

I've been doing drawing board drawings for years, and now I do computer drawings for customers. Untill this post though(why not I'll never know) I never even thought of using byrce for my site plan, let alone even a 2d image. Guess that's my lack of schooling. Thanks for opening my eye's Finder. Learning more everyday. In Him
