Steve, Thanks for that info on sleeves, I'll give it a try. XL V6!, the only chance I have of affording that is to work through the millenium weekend (again):). Only 999 years and counting... Cheers Ian

Thanks Steve, Yes I bought Cinema 4D GO after reading your tutorial and trying the demo on the Poserworld CD. I would have liked the XL or even SE versions, but funds would not stretch that far. I ended up with about 26 points on each spline. I imported the P3 woman as you suggest, and coloured her red, then went through an interative process of adjust/add spline - loft- note errors where figure shows through - undo loft - adjust/add spline etc. I used the Unitard cr2 for this, the thin strap one seems to make the top bend over ? Cinema 4D is an excellent program, I can see why you like it. I have used Nendo for some time now, but I'm new to this Nurbs stuff. Now I need to learn how to add sleeves :) Thanks again Ian

Maz, I haven't tried Twoface yet, but Scaler is something I would be lost without. Did you get any further with the hard edges? Cheers Ian
Thread: Zygote Statement on Victoria (Vickie) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
There was a lot more 'hype' about this model than usual, and I think eveyone had their own expectations of what it would include, that it would be some sort of breakthrough. I doubt that any one model could match everyones expectations. I think what Victoria offers is a massive amount of potential for the future, and in that sense it is a breakthrough, but it can be difficult achieving that potential from day one. Ian

Diane, I know there are morphs in FS. which don't need Objacter. I guess if enough people post enough bodyparts someone could build themselves a free Victoria like Frankenstein's monster. (Hell of a long wait for the fingers and toes though.. :)). If Zygote object, (no pun intended) I don't want to be on the wrong end of their legal dept. Maybe I'm being overcautious. Just because I'm paranoid it doesn't mean they're not out to get me........;} Cheers Ian

All, Thanks for the suggestions. I think there's a post from Traveler somewhere here which says that he's still waiting for advice from Zygote on the cr2 or vertices only methods. I've downloaded the current version of Mover (thanks Maz). I tried using good old Wordpad to edit out everything but the vertices, and the resulting file still works as an MT. So maybe it's that simple. If Zygote say cr2 only, would it be possible to create a new 'micro' cr2 for Millie, from a basic heirarchy file, with just enough in it to select body parts and apply morphs to them? The resulting mini cr2's could then be posted, and morph manager used to 'extract' included morph target. Hmmm, maybe way overcomplicated...I'll look into the suggested solutions posted here. Cheers Ian

Steve, thanks for that. Is posting of a cr2 Ok? it is still part of the 'package'. The cr2 for Victoria is about 2.8Mb which is a big download for a small morph, still if that's the rules then fair enough. Would I need to post seperate cr2's for Victoria, and Victoria with texture map.. ie 2x 2.8Mb ? Ian
