A little reminder: anyone can use Genesis 3 and 8 in Poser with willdial’s free app. Poser doesn’t need to change a thing.

Hey, Ero! I use Evo all the time, alongside Sasha-16, Dawn, G2F, and Pauline. I’m just starting to work La Femme into my projects. I personally am grateful to have Evo. Having a variety of looks and characters is awesome! (I can almost always tell a G3 or G8 female image by the nose.) I’ve never found the JCMs unduly burdensome for conversions in the fitting room. In fact, I now convert all clothes or shoes to Evo first because it turns out her proportions make further conversions to other figures, including La Femme, easy instead of laboring with an obj all over again. Your dress mannequin is particularly useful and I converted it to functional use for Pauline and La Femme, though with more conforming clothing appearing for the latter, I probably won’t use it very often.
Whatever Poser development brings, I’m glad you had a vision and turned inspiration into product. Cheers.

I certainly hope this saves Poser. I popped over because I was curious that all my privileges had disappeared at SM and nothing had been posted in 7 hours. An e-mail broadcast might be nice!

I think I converted the WW costume in the fitting room. As for the clothing poses, my conforming method is strictly DIY. I don't want to undercut sales of conforming clothing for LF by making it too easy. A person has to put a little effort into it. The poses take five minutes of work to recreate.

In fact, I just remembered that I posted what I considered a failed experiment of my own to create Lynda Carter for La Femme.

I should add that I now have generic poses saved for fitting V4 dresses, bodysuits, and boots to LF. The bodysuit works for shirts and pants. They get me 90 percent of the way when I'm conforming a new garment.

La Femme can wear V4 cosplay, even if you lack the fitting room to transfer the rigging.
How can you use V4 stuff without the fitting room ?
Summary: Conform to LF. Move the hip forward and up. Pose abdomen, chest, thighs, shins. Use the clothing's morphs to adjust. Done.
I copy here from my posts on the official board.
I've been experimenting with conforming V4 clothing to La Femme, so far dresses and gloves. This is Epiphany Gown conformed. I moved the hip forward and up; posed the abdomen and chest a bit; and used the garment's built-in morphs to fit. I saved a version for LF and a pose for the garment to return it to proper fitting the next time I use it. She is wearing Extra Long Gloves. I conformed them, scaled them down on the X axis until they fit closely, then scaled the entire body up a bit. LF's default hand pose makes this easy. A little, and I mean a little, bit of morph brush work, and I was in business. Having realized that, I unconfirmed the gloves, moved and posed them to fit, applied a last few touches of the morph brush, and rigged them to LF, so they're now completely compatible.
Here's a test of a body suit and boots (Midnight Destiny for V4). I conformed the outfit to La Femme. I again moved the bodysuit hip forward and up; posed the abdomen, chest, thighs, and shins; and used the outfit's morphs to fit with no poke through. I conformed the boots. I learned that you can actually use the same technique to shift the shin axis on X, Y, and Z, and then pose the foot of the boot to match the zeroed foot of La Femme and use the morphs to fit. It will then follow her leg/foot bends. [I later learned that only a minority of V4 shoes and boots include the hip, but you can accomplish the same thing using the highest body part in the hierarchy.]

It is a hidden folder. I’m away from my Mac, but as I recall, it will appear under Go when you press the alt key. You can also use Monitor to turn hidden files visible, but that requires entering command line instructions. SM says Mojave is not supported by current editions of Poser, but with the fix, Poser 11 works fine.

Thread: G2F DSON Import Problem | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Per the thread above, you could try D3D's free DSON Loader. The other way to go is just stop screwing with DSON. Export the cr2 from DAZ and then convert it to Poser native format using Netherwork's Creator's Toybox (the file optimizer), available at Hivewire. The instructions explain clearly how to do that. I convert ALL my DSON cr2s to Poser native so I don'y have to suffer DSON lag and the practical limits on how many figures you can have in a scene at one time. I also export "DAZ only" products and do the same.
