I guess that there would be no way to export something, created in Metaballs, to an Obj format that could be distributed to all Poser users.

I think the dots can be relocated when a .pz3 file, created by somebody else using a different window size, is opened. I've been living without them on my laptop, but will try a few of the tips here to restore them.

If you want to use the monthly voucher, do a search for "Original" and that will provide a listing of all DAZ originals, ranging from a few bucks to $60. There's plenty of stuff to use vouchers on.

I've likewise never heard of one, probably because the canisters on the gun would limit the amount of available fuel for the weapon. I haven't heard of flamethrowers being used in any conflicts since VietNam, so there's a chance they may now be prohibited weapons.

If you save the image as a TIFF, it loses no information and saves an alpha channel that will allow you to load a selection in Photoshop to instantly select your figures if you want to paste them in another image.

The mesh seems to tear more at the separation between the hips and legs than a typical file would. I don't know if that's a limitation of the UVMapper or something I did wrong.

It finally worked once I decided to exit Poser 5 and restart the program. Without doing that, it was still stuck in invisible mode.

The shorts were a freebie a couple weeks back and are no longer available. It doesn't look like they're in the store area, so I'm SOL on being able to find the update. Oh well, at they least they didn't cost anything.

I always keep forgetting about the Conforming Curls hair because it's not where most of my hairs are. I couldn't find anything at Schlabber's site (which is great!) that explained which hair was being used and it's impossible telling from fullbody thumbnails. All I knew was that it couldn't be anything from the regular hair library. Thanks for the info. I must have the Confusius morphs and maps somewhere. I've been trying to go back over all the downloads I've been getting and create some order out of them. It's hard because there has been such a massive output of free stuff from the Poser and 3D communities.

I'm a little surprised this was a controversial move. For PC Club members, it makes little difference whether an item resides forever in the club or is only there for a month. Either way, it only costs $1.99 and, barring a deluge of limited time items (which is highly unlikely), should be readily affordable and bought within the time period. Anybody who cannot afford a $1.99 model probably won't be paying the $7.95/month club fee. About the only complaint I can imagine would be from somebody who is not currently a member because they can no longer join whenever they want and get everything in the club that was offered to members from day one. Frankly, I felt a little guilty getting all the PC Club stuff I got when I joined because I got in at a lower rate and bought a lot of stuff for $0.99 while it was on sale. I may have to drop out of the club because of my finances. It doesn't bother me that I will miss out on some time limited models (well, okay, I'll be a little unhappy that I miss them). There isn't any reason to feel as if I am entitled to every single model that regular members are paying for if I quit and rejoin a year from now.
