You know what?  YOU are in some one else's "house."  How about you show just a little respect for Renderosity and not speak to people like that?

I didn't grab DS4.5 but I wanted to let you know that I did read somewhere in the old forum before they shut down that you can't have 4.5 on the same machine as 4.0, as 4.5 will uninstall 4.0.  If I recall, I think there would be an issue as well if they were both on the same machine.  If that's the case (and it's all true), I wouldn't advise installing them both on the same machine.  I may be wrong though, but just to be cautious :)

This is also what I have read.

I have made a few orders and had no problem paying through paypal downloading and the installing the content. The most recent were today.

Actually bashing of others sites is not something I see at Daz.

Why do you have to constantly knock Daz the company its Pa's and its customers. It makes me feel very unwelcome here and find this place full of nothing but companybashing it leaves me with very little respect for this site and poser users despite the fact that I know that you are in a minority.

Daz have repeatedly said that his will take some time, and will be constantly improving.

 24 hours seems to be what most people are looking at, so its a bit early to start saying they miscalculated.

Have you tried the mask or multiply options? its a while since I played with it but I think the Mask might help.

Actually I don't think its silly to point out that a post made by an official is worded incorrectly, to me it shows a lack of care, another example that renderosity care little for their Daz Studio customers.

My advise to new Daz Studio user is go to the Daz forums; there is a new users forum that has a great deal of very helpful information in it, you will also find the forum populated by people who know DS inside out and are ever willing to help and encourage.

The textures can be found in Runtime/Textures, which textures are you using?

To find where the textures are select Genesis go into the surfaces Tab and select one part his face for example, you will see a small picture of the map under Diffuse Colour if you hover your cursur over that image you will see the path for where the texture map is. When you take your figure to Bryce you can then negotiate to the folder to set maps.
