I came here today to renew my Prime Membership which has an expiry date of 22 July, but it looks as if it has already expired , was I wrong in thinking that I still had today to renew?

I'm pretty sure mine expired too on the day rather than the night of the date, so when I went to renew it, I couldn't use coupon to do it. ;(

It expires at the exact time you purchased it last year so it goes by the time. So for example if you purchased it at 10:00am then it would expire at 10:00 am

Tparo you actually purchased yours on 7/18 so not sure why your expire date would be the 22nd I'll have to took at that

But there is a coupon you can use until July 25th to get 10% off prime still

I would like to know why my account is saying one date and yet you say it should be different.

I have decided after all not to renew my membership, as a DS user I find little to incourage me to visit here and less and less reason to spend here, the apparent  decrepancies in my account also leave me feeling a little unsure of what can be trusted on this site.

I'm sorry you feel that way but we are very trustworthy and I'm sure the error was something easily resolved that due to the recent site changes might have been a glitch but it was a glitch in your favor lol. As the 22nd is the date showing it would expire but it should've expired before that on the 18th :)

We have lots of products for DS users and will continue to grow the DS products here for Prime and outside of Prime so hopefully you will change your mind at some point.
