Ahhhhhhhh! You're just tormenting me now, Lee. I want my instant gratification, and I want it YESTERDAY! Want want want want want. (I should really consider getting some sleep, huh?)
Thread: Is there a blonde texture for "Kozaburo's" Ponytail ?? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yeah, the colour package for the ponytail has SEVERAL blonde textures - dirt, ash, gold -- and a few others. You might be able to find it at Digital Babes, I'm not sure if it was there or in Free Stuff here.

I keep hoping that I'll luck out and someone will find my Poser work and decide to buy me more neat things so I can do more. Siiiigh.
Thread: run poser library from dvd drive?? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The only thing I could recommend is burning the libraries onto disk -- all well labeled so a quick look is all you need -- and temporarily dropping them back into Poser when you needed them. I wouldn't move the Geometries, though, Just In Case.
Thread: Oh, RATS! (model needed) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yeah, I'd definitely say that my girl is chunkier in the bottom than any of the models I've seen. Bet that's about the only time it's safe to say that a woman has a big ass. I was wanting to do some pieces around my rat, but finding a decent model that works right is tough. I may end up having to do some photo compositing (and bribing of said rat to get her in the positions I need) to get it right.

Hmm ... now I just might be able to make that work. I tried looking at Lyne's, but the rodents are all the prarie dog/chipmunk/squirrel sorts and didn't look morphable enough for a good rat.

Hmm, the 3Dup rat isn't bad at all. Too bad it isn't posable. I may have to make do for a while. The poly count on the Daz model is particularly low. Grr, why can't they release some Millenium animals?
Thread: Sigh - Henna Texture Update | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Day 1 of intense unrelieved pain -- fetal and crying. Day 2 -- consider hiring Mafia knuckledraggers. Day 3 -- looking for a Clock Tower. My neurologist is going to have kittens when she finds out about the weekend fiasco.
Thread: Question on a texture for Free Stuff | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
One more question ... would it be better to release them as packs, i.e. a Hands set, a foot set, a belly, so that you could just grab what you wanted, or release one or two full sets?

EA, that's what I was originally thinking, but I don't know how many programs that file type spans. I know PSP and Paintshop can use it, but that was the extent of my exposure and I talked myself out of it and into the idea of a matching colour simple format because I figured that would get less complaints in the long run.

VS, what I had in mind was making sure that it was a relatively decent resolution, mapped into the proper places for each body part. I really don't want to do a full body, because that will limit versatility. If someone wanted to put them on Yuma or Selyne or Mychelle, that would be a horrendous amount of work to transfer them. And it's not like I'm planning on charging for them. It's not like a user will get it open, find out it involves actual work and demand their money back. Honestly, I'd hope that anyone trying to work with Poser would have at least a mimimal level of graphic program knowledge instead of depending 100% on work someone else does for them.

These guys are fabulous mail suppliers for henna. I don't know if they still sell it powdered or just in their Mud mix ... but that mud will go near burnt sienna on darn near anyone. Unfortunately I haven't been able to do any mehndi work in a while because my hands hurt, but most of the designs are taken from work I've done in the past. In testing the plates, the only places I'm seeing any distortion with the patterns on a model is across the stomach. I think if I offer a few options for those in size it should cover most any size character.Thread: Question on a texture for Free Stuff | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Something else to keep in mind is that IE 6 is still PAINFULLY buggy. Grr. It has real problems with reading HTML font justification, especially when tables are used. Bella, you might get some errors reported that aren't errors on your part ("Ah, it's a FEATURE!" Grrr), but on the part of IE bugs.
