Hi. on a mac, 1- the conversion is happening even though it seems nothing is happening. Let it run. It is not stuck.(unless of course hours turn into days...) 2- For serial; Contol-click the app and choose "show package content" Copy the serial dat to the resources folder, start the app.

Importing pz3 through Interposer 2 doesn't work at all. Importing pz3 through native importer doesn't work. I can load figures and poses through the loaded runtime but no pz3. Are you running a mac? Jean-Luc

reset the preferences and tried on 3 different systems with P5 P6 P7 with the same result.

Hi Mark. Installed the 6.02 update and the Interposer for Carrara pro 6 but it still doesn't work. It loads the file for a while and the I get a message to find the pz3 and then nothing loads. As for the native importer, it gives me a message that it was unable to import the pz3. I'm at a loss here as to what to do. It works in C5pro. Jean-Luc

Glad it works for you because it sure doesn't for me. With native import I get the message that it can't open the pz3 With transposer 2, after 10 minutes of the rolling ball I get the message that it can't find the pz3 and asks me to locate it and when I do, nothing imports. I'm on a mac with P6 and P7 Jean-Luc

Quote - finally got the update to work. After exploring the forums at daz it was revealed that if your poser folder was name anything other than "poser" (ex: poser 6) the secondary desktop update apps don't work. After changing the folder name it now works. Seems like a lot of hassle to update a figure that is only a few months old. Also seems the v4 characters I've bought over the last few months may not work with the update. So I either have to get updates to all those or still keep v4 in my runtime as well. Poser is becoming a hassle to use, to program is a hd hog, way to slow.It's also getting too expensive to by clothes and characters for all updates. I've been using a trial version of modo and once it gets the ability to bone and animate characters I'm done with poser.
I changed the name to Poser from Poser 6 and Poser7 but it still won't install

In my experience if you have a G4. Poser 7 is sluggish but it look's like it works fine on an Intel Since I have a G4, I still use P6 although I upgraded to P7 when it came out
