Thread: What is EASIEST architectural modeling software for Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If you want to model rooms check out Sweet Home 3D: http://www.sweethome3d.com/index.jsp It's free, quite easy to use and there are versions for Windows, Mac and Linux. The furniture included with it isn't the greatest, quite low poly actually, but you can always use the low poly models as a kind of "stand - in" then use a higher quality model for your final render or animation. The rooms you create can be exported in .OBJ format to use in Poser, Bryce, etc.. You can also import models in .3DS, .OBJ, DAE (Collada) and .LWS format. As far as modelling furniture, I'd agree with the other recommendations you've been given so far. Good luck and have fun!
Thread: Good free video editing software ??? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
One free video editor that tends to be overlooked is Pinnacle Videospin. Here's the URL: http://www.videospin.com/redesign/default.asp
Thread: Free Animation | Forum: Freestuff
Thanks very much Skamotion. I wish there were more of these kinds of animations for the Poser and Daz animals. That's one thing that's sorely lacking in the Poser community. Will you be doing any run or walk cycles for say, the Mil Dog and Mil Cat?

Over at http://www.3duniverse.co.za/default.asp they have a free toon Kitty model. Scroll down a bit and you'll see him. BTW you have to either join or be a member to download him.

Thread: Anyone have Windows 7 yet? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I've also been beta testing the various beta and RC versions on my Eee PC netbook since January and it runs great. I'm still using Vista on this desktop computer but that'll change as of tomorrow as I received the Windows 7 Professional DVD, that I pre-ordered back in August, today.

Quote - And now for something purely cosmetic---can we have a way to change that hideous UI color? It's just awful. I've changed my UI background ever since I had to hack it in Poser 5. It would be nice to have that option again. I personally prefer a nice steel blue-grey or deep forest green.
Hi, it's Ken from the Poser newsgroup. I asked this question on your behalf here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2778338&page=11
According to pjz99 you have to recolour the PSD files.
Thread: Poser 8... First Impressions | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - I'd like to relay a question (that hasn't been asked yet incidentally) asked by a person on a newsgroup I frequent about the colour of the interface. Personally I don't have a problem with the colour of it but this person wants to know if there's a way (easy or not) to change the colour? BTW Bagginsbill, thanks for the work that you and others have put in to Poser 8. With the exception of the thumbnail sizes (which I know you're working on) I really like this version even more than Poser 7.
Just re-quoting myself as I don't think Bagginsbill saw this question.
